Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel at any time from your account settings — no questions asked. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes. Start with our Free plan which has no time limit. Upgrade to Pro when you're ready — we don't offer a time-limited trial but the free plan lets you fully evaluate the platform.
How does team seat management work?
As the Team account owner, you invite members via email. You can also control which tools each member sees from the admin panel.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We do not store card details — Stripe handles all payment security.
What happens when I hit my generation limit on Free?
You'll be notified when you approach your limit and offered a one-click upgrade to Pro. Existing generations remain accessible.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're unsatisfied with Pro or Team in the first 7 days, contact us for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion.
